Vegan Pancakes 1 1/4 cup flour 1 tbsp baking powder 1 tbsp sugar Pinch of salt 1 cup rice milk 1 tbsp sunflower oil 1 tsp apple cider vinegar Mix in a bowl until combined. Cook low heat on lightly greased cast iron pan. Serve with maple syrup.
